Welcome to Heyday Shop. Throughout this document, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Heyday Shop. We run this website and everything connected to it — our products, content, tools, and features — to bring you the Services described here. Our store is built on the Shopify platform, which powers much of what we offer.

We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that colours and finishes can look slightly different depending on your screen. We can't promise that what you receive will match the display exactly in every detail. Descriptions may be updated at any point, and we reserve the right to cap quantities or pull a product from sale entirely, at our discretion.

Section 3 — Placing an Order

Submitting an order is you making us an offer to buy, not a guaranteed purchase. We're free to accept or turn down any order for whatever reason we see fit. Nothing is finalised until we've confirmed it and your payment has gone through. It's worth double-checking your order before hitting submit. Any returns or swaps are handled under our separate Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Pricing and Payment

We may adjust prices at any time without warning. What you'll actually be charged is whatever price was showing when you placed the order, as confirmed in your order email. Unless we say otherwise, listed prices exclude taxes, freight, and any import duties that might apply. You're responsible for giving us correct payment details and keeping them current.

Section 5 — Getting Your Order to You

Any delivery timeframes we give are estimates only, not promises. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or anything else outside our control. Once your parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for it passes to you.

Section 6 — Ownership of Content

Everything you see on our Services — logos, text, photography, video, layout, and design — belongs to Heyday Shop or whoever licenses it to us, and is protected under relevant intellectual property law. You can't copy, redistribute, alter, or repost any of it without getting our written go-ahead first. Anything not explicitly handed over to you stays ours.

Section 7 — Third-Party Tools

From time to time we might give you access to tools built by outside providers. These come with no guarantees or endorsement from us, offered purely on an "as is" basis, and we're not responsible for any outcome from you using them.

Heyday Shop uses Shopify to power our store, but every purchase you make is a transaction directly with us. Shopify has no involvement in or responsibility for the deals struck between you and Heyday Shop, and you agree not to hold Shopify or its affiliated companies liable for anything arising from those transactions.

Section 10 — How Your Data Is Handled

Anything personal you share with us through our Services falls under our Privacy Policy. Using our site means you've read and accepted how that policy describes we handle your information.

Section 11 — Ideas and Feedback You Share

Should you send us suggestions, reviews, or any other feedback, you're giving Heyday Shop an ongoing, free, global right to use, adapt, publish, and share that content however we see fit. You're also confirming that whatever you send us is yours to give.

Section 12 — Mistakes and Corrections

Every so often, something on our site might contain a typo, wrong price, or missing detail. We're allowed to fix these issues as they come up, and where necessary, to cancel or amend an order that was placed based on incorrect information.

Section 13 — What You Can't Do

Our Services are meant for lawful use only. That means no breaking laws, infringing on anyone's intellectual property, harassing others, spreading malicious software, scraping data or collecting people's personal details without permission, or disrupting how our Services function for others. Breaking these rules can result in your access being cut off.

We can suspend or end your access to our Services at any time, without needing to give notice first. Anything you owe us at that point is still owed. Sections dealing with intellectual property, indemnities, disclaimers, and liability limits will continue to apply even after your access ends.
